The Val's Gals group is geared for girls of all ages -- from youngsters to the young-at-heart women who want to be involved with a positive community outreach program. Mother-Daughter participation is encouraged. Meetings and get-togethers are held at various locations which give participants a chance to socialize while planning projects such as collecting toys for underprivileged kids at the holidays, taking food donations to food banks, etc.

It is an important opportunity for young girls to meet people with similar interests and work with positive women role models in an organized, friendly, social atmosphere.
