The Valerie Still Foundation is strongly dependent on the corporate community and individuals for financial support as well as gifts-in-kind to help it reach its goals for young girls. As a girl matures, it is important that she meets positive role models and hears words of advice and encouragement, so that she can grow into a complete adult.

Unfortunately, so often in our world today, girls are led to believe that they can only pursue excellence in one area -- be it sports, the arts, academics -- or even worse -- nothing at all. Too often natural talents atrophy while a girl becomes increasingly focused on one talent, rather than holistically developing the complete person.

The Valerie Still Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, works to ensure that girls are encouraged and instructed to develop all their natural talents. With this support girls grow into women having recognized the many opportunities available and experiencing heightened self-respect and self-esteem.
